Artist's Description
Driving in a car from Aberdeen Scotland to Aviemore in August the scenery is breathtaking with the fields and mountains of heather. The rare pure white heather is a good luck piece. The colors of this flowering scrubby ground bush range from shades of pink, lavender and purple so deep they may blend reddish. The towns are lovely with persons busy with summer events. And the wildlife of birds, deer, sheep and rivers complete a beautiful Scottish picture. dals
